Vintage Vibes Take Bethlehem by Storm

Yung Esau’s Vintage Shop is about to make its mark on Bethlehem. This isn’t just any grand opening. Aaron Stutz, the man behind the magic, is all set to launch this delightful trip down memory lane by December at 97 E. Broad St. So, let’s dive into what makes this store the talk of the town!

From Humble Beginnings to Vintage Wonderland

Aaron’s journey started as a side hustle in Colorado back in 2018. Fast forward, and Yung Esau’s has blossomed into a full-fledged business. Before hitting Pennsylvania, Aaron was busy running around flea markets, chatting with vendors, and building a phenomenal Grateful Dead collection. To fund his passion, he began selling off some pieces, which spiraled into a full-on vintage adventure.

The Treasure Hunt Experience

Imagine sifting through stacks of clothes before dawn with a flashlight. That’s Aaron’s idea of fun! “It’s like a treasure hunt,” he says. Some days you strike gold, others not so much. But that’s what keeps him going. The shop promises a medley of items from the ‘80s to the early 2000s, including old Morning Call apparel.

Nostalgia at the Right Price

In cities like New York or Philadelphia, vintage can cost a pretty penny. Aaron, though, aims to keep prices reasonable. “People can spend their hard-earned money and leave with something great,” he assures us. Isn’t that refreshing?

A Green Footprint

Besides nostalgia, Aaron’s shop champions sustainability. The idea is to keep clothes out of landfills and promote environmental responsibility. “It’s about creating a space for cool clothing while ensuring they’re reused,” Aaron explains.

Joining the Community Buzz

Yung Esau’s made its debut at the Belleville Market in Easton. Even though the Bethlehem store is on the horizon, the market booth isn’t going anywhere. Plus, 97 E. Broad St. is a spot with history, previously hosting the likes of Broad Street Tattoo Parlour.

Local Love and Support

Stutz’s wife, Dylan Star, is thrilled. The shop grew from an overstuffed shared closet to a store. “It’s great to see the person I love grow something he loves,” she beams. It’s a family affair, fueled by passion and vintage dreams.

When and Where to Find Us

While the exact hours are still a mystery, Aaron plans to welcome customers from Thursday to Sunday. So mark your calendars and prepare for a blast from the past!
