Pink Flamingo Taco Shop: Back with a Sizzle
Community’s Heartfelt Support
Hey, folks, the Pink Flamingo Taco Shop is flipping tortillas once more, and everyone’s doing a little dance of joy over here. Remember when they said they were closing? Well, scratch that. Thanks to the outpouring of love from locals, they reopened just a few days later. Talk about community power!
The Menu and More
Now, about that menu — it’s a fiesta. Tacos, burritos, cheesy quesadillas, and don’t forget the tostadas and elote. Wash that down with some aguas frescas or strawberry horchata. Trust me, it’s a flavor party. And you gotta keep up with them on Facebook for all their latest hoopla. Here’s the link.
The Grateful Reopening
Located at 17109 U.S. Highway 271 in Winona, Pink Flamingo was on the brink of closing on Aug. 25. But, lo and behold, kind folks stepped in with prayers, support, and yes, dollars. Reopened by Aug. 29, it’s buzzing again with loyal diners. Their Facebook post was one big thank-you note.
