Here’s the lowdown:

Chip City

Chip City opened on May 17 at 302 E. Atlantic Ave. If you’re familiar with their 40+ cookie varieties, you know they’re a big deal. Their other two stores in Florida? Miami and Miami Beach.

Candle Land

Candle Land, known for its candle-customizing experiences, opened on June 9 at 415 E. Atlantic Ave. This is their third location, the first two being in Fort Lauderdale and Coral Gables.

Delray Design Studio

Delray Design Studio started by Zelman Style Interiors, launched on June 13 at 111 S.E. First Ave. They use high-tech tools to bring design dreams to life even before construction begins.

Tootsies and Kokonuts

The shoe retailer Tootsies and boutique Kokonuts, originally opened in 2008, are combining forces. They’re moving to the current site of Global Pursuit at 400 E. Atlantic Ave.

House of Perna

House of Perna, known for its bold and eco-conscious designs, is moving from the Arts Warehouse to Shoppes at the Ray on N.E. Second Ave. If the name sounds familiar, the designer Amanda Perna also owns A Little Wyld Boutique nearby.

Tern Studio

Formerly known as The Shops at the Seagate, Tern Studio offers chic apparel and accessories and is now located in Pineapple Grove at 200 N.E. Second Ave.

Surf District
